Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. To start a return, contact us through the Contact page with your order number.
Exchanges
Want a different size or design? We'll exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out and we'll sort it out.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost to you. Please include a photo of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items returned after 30 days
- Shipping Protection (Protectify) purchases
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
